After our contact you will decide if you are ready for Grief Life Coaching. We will agree on when and how often our sessions will be. Remember, sessions are done on the telephone, e-mail, and skype. I will request you sign an "understanding" document to be kept on file. The document helps both of us understand and agree to the purpose, schedule, and focus of Life Coaching.
At our agreed upon times you will call me at a special number I will provide. Some sessions may include doing "surveys" (not test or assessments) to help both of us determine your grief "locations".
Sessions will include prayer, conversation, a lot of non-judgemental listening and more. There may be laughter and tears. We will "walk through the valley together". Often assignments will be given for you to complete between our sessions.
Usually sessions are one time per week at the beginning. Many people will have sessions for two or three months at first and then from time to time there after. The schedule will always be open to flexibility.
